If you have a loved one who has been diagnosed with limited life expectancy, we, at Integrity know that this is an unfortunate and stressful time for your family and friends. Aside from having to deal with the emotional stress of losing a loved one, care responsibilities usually fall on close family members. If you find yourself in this position, and you feel overwhelmed with the responsibilities, Integrity can help.
Our End of Life Support Care Program provides comforting assistance to your loved one while giving your family the support you need at this difficult time. While our program does not include hospice care, our caregivers can work alongside and support hospice care providers. Our plan of care is centered around your loved one’s comfort and well-being.
