- Services are only available to clients physically located in the United States at the time of consultation.
- By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are the legal guardian of a minor patient.

- All consultations are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant platform (Doxy.me).
- Your personal health information (PHI) is kept private and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
- Payment & Refunds
- Payment is required prior to the start of the consultation.
- All fees are non-refundable, even if the nurse advises you to seek immediate in-person care.
