CNA Services
Georgia Pediatric Program
CNA services provide in-home support for children and adults who need assistance with daily living activities due to medical, developmental, or physical challenges. CNAs help with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and general personal care, ensuring safety, comfort, and hygiene. They also assist with medication reminders, monitoring basic health needs, and supporting therapy routines as directed by healthcare professionals. Programs like GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) help families access CNA services at no cost, providing trained professionals who deliver consistent, compassionate care in the home. This support allows children and medically fragile individuals to remain safely in their homes while receiving the assistance they need to thrive in daily life.
The In-Home Skilled Nursing Program is designed to serve eligible members based on a medical necessity determination for children under the age of 20 years 11 months. We are here to make an even better environment for you and your child to ensure that they receive the supports that they need.
